OneDegree火險保障範圍

火險與家居保險不同，家居保險主要為家居物件及衍生的第三者責任提供保障，火險則是保障樓宇的結構，例如牆壁、樓宇落成時的基本裝置及陳設等，選擇「OneDegree火險」，保障範圍可因應按揭銀行的需要而調整，常見的保障範圍包括火災、淹水、雷擊、爐具或煤氣爆炸所導致的意外賠償。

不過，谷友投保前亦須詳閱保單的不保事項、墊底費等重要資訊。另外，部分屋苑的管理處會集中為所有單位購買火險，所以谷友投保前，亦最好先向按揭銀行及管理處查詢。

火險一定要跟銀行買嗎？

購買火險的其中一個原因，是因為申請按揭時，部分銀行都會要求抵押的物業需要購買火險，部分銀行則會綑綁借款人於按揭首年，購買該行銷售的火險，但事實上，未必每間銀行都硬性規定選購的火險，這方面最好先向按揭銀行求證。

條款及細則:

1. 本推廣的有效日期為2025年5月7日至2025年6月30日 (「推廣期」)。  
2. 投保人必須於OneDegree 網站 www.onedegree.hk 投保由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited （「OneDegree」）承保的樓宇按揭火險（「保單」），並於結帳前輸入推薦碼「firewuchat15」完成投保方可獲得由 OneDegree Hong Kong Limited （「OneDegree」）承保的火險所推出的首年保費85折優惠(「保費折扣」)。 投保人於投保日起4個月內仍然持有有效保單，並且折扣後保費（不包括保險徵費）等於或高於港幣1200元，可獲港幣200元百佳超級市場現金券（「現金券」）。  若因未有透過經指定網頁投保致未能享用獎賞， 將不獲任何退款安排。
3. 每張保單在投保時只能使用一個優惠，若於結帳時輸入超過一個推薦碼，所有推薦碼將視作無效。 
4. 投保人必須在購買保單前並未曾購買OneDegree發出的火險保單，才能獲得相關獎賞。  
5. 投保人的個人資料有可能會與特定第三方合作夥伴分享，僅限於進行身份驗證以完成禮品兌換。 
6. 所有凡於推廣期內通過輸入指定推薦碼成功投保，且在獲得獎賞時仍為有效的保單，投保人會於投保日起4個月內會通過在投保過程中提交的電郵收到獎賞換領信（「換領信」），如因投保人所提供的資料錯誤或不完整導致無法成功收取換領信，OneDegree恕不負責。獎賞的實際領取日期可能會因獎品供貨安排而作出調整。如果獎賞出現貨品如供應有變，OneDegree將以同等價值的同類貨品代替。 
7. 投保人須於收到換領信電郵通知内的指定換領日期憑換領信到指定換領地點方可獲禮品兌換券（「禮品兌換券」）。換領信不得轉讓，若因未有遵從指示而導致未能換領獎賞，將不獲任何退款安排。   
8. 獎賞及換領信無論在任何情況下均不能轉讓、退回、兌換現金或更換其他產品或服務。 
9. 有關現金券之使用須受超市現金券供應商所定之條款及細則約束。一切有關現金券之查詢或爭議，應直接聯絡超市現金券供應商。    
10. 此優惠只適用於首年保單。 
11. 若投保人在保單年度取消保單，OneDegree有權於應退保費中扣除有關獎賞而毋須另行通知。

Terms and conditions:

1. This promotion is valid from 7 May 2025 until 30 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”). 
2. To enjoy the 15% premium discount for the first year on Fire Insurance (“Premium Discount”), Customers must complete the Fire Insurance policy purchase on the OneDegree website www.onedegree.hk and enter “firewuchat15” as the Promotion Code. To enjoy the additional Reward, the policy must be effective at the 4^th month after the policy issue date and the post-discounted Premium (Excluding insurance levy) is equal or over HKD1200. OneDegree will not be able to offer the Reward after the purchase if customers have not used the designated link or Promotion Code at time of purchase.  
3. Only one referral code may be used per policy purchase. The referral code will be deemed invalid if more than one referral code is input on the checkout page.
4. The Reward is only available to customers purchasing OneDegree Fire Insurance for the first time.
5. Customer personal information may be shared with specific third-party partners solely for the purpose of identity verification to facilitate gift redemption.
6. The Reward will be issued 4 months within the policy issue date provided that the policy is still effective on such date. Eligible customers will receive an email about the redemption letter for the Reward (“Redemption Letter”). Customers should ensure that their email address is accurate in their OneDegree profile or they will not be able to receive the Redemption Letter. Actual reward collection date may vary as it is subject to stock availability. OneDegree is not responsible for any delivery failure due to errors or missing information in the email address provided. All Reward are subject to availability and any restriction may apply as to where and when the Reward may be redeemed. OneDegree reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a similar item of equal value at any time without notice prior to that item being redeemed.
7. Customer must redeem their Reward within the specified redemption period at the designated redemption location by presenting the redemption letter. Any failure in doing so will result in loss of Reward and no refund shall be arranged afterwards.   
8. The Reward and Redemption Letter cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for other products or services under any circumstances.
9. The Reward is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the supermarket coupon supplier. In case of any enquiry or dispute in relation to the Reward, customers should contact the supermarket coupon supplier directly.
10. The Offer is only applicable to premiums for the first year of a policy.   
11. If the policyholder cancels the Fire Insurance policy during the policy term, OneDegree reserves the right to deduct the Reward from any premium refund.

13. OneDegree may terminate this promotion without notice. All matters or disputes in relation to this promotion and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the decision of OneDegree, which shall be final and binding.
14. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
